Our Values

Consulting and coaching are values-based practices. We find that having a core set of values around which to anchor our work helps us stay aligned to who we want to be and the difference we want to make in the world. Values also ensure quality service by maintaining focus on the important aspects of a client partnership.

Relationships are the medium of our work. Therefore, our engagements are most fruitful when both parties show up fully to the engagement. Bringing our complete selves to the partnership allows us to imbue the world with our gifts, the ones we already have and the ones we are fostering together.

PRAXIS

Our work occurs at the intersection of theory and practice. From purpose and strategy to organization design, and from change activation to executive coaching, we base our approaches in the study and practice of human behavior and draw on 80+ years of action research in the fields of Organization Design and Development.

Our practice leverages participatory approaches, bringing people together to co-create their futures. We do this because we believe that people support what they help to create. The work builds and unleashes shared energy for action, which we then harness toward your desired impact goals.
